1. Program overview
The Hire & Save Rewards Program ("Program") is a promotional offer operated by Contractors Ranked, LLC ("Contractors Ranked," "we," "us," or "our"). Through this Program, eligible participants ("Members") may receive a $30 Amazon Gift Card ("Reward") upon satisfying all Program requirements described in these terms.
By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
Contractors Ranked reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on this page.
2. Qualifying home service jobs
The Hire & Save Rewards Program applies to paid home service jobs totaling $1,000 or more. You must hire and pay a contractor that you were matched with through ContractorsRanked.com. Qualifying services include, but are not limited to:
- Roofing installation, repair, and replacement
- Plumbing services and repairs
- Electrical work and installations
- HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
- Home remodeling and renovations
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Landscaping and hardscaping projects
- Flooring installation and refinishing
- Fencing installation and repair
- Concrete and masonry work
- Siding and window installation
- General contracting and handyman services
2.1 Jobs that do not qualify
The following do not qualify for the Hire & Save Reward:
- Jobs totaling less than $1,000
- Estimates, consultations, or inspections that do not result in a paid job
- Jobs with contractors not found through ContractorsRanked.com
- Multiple smaller jobs combined to reach the $1,000 threshold
- Jobs where payment was not made directly to the contractor (e.g., paid through a third-party financing company with no direct payment to the contractor)
Important: The job must total $1,000 or more for a single project. The contractor must have been found and matched through ContractorsRanked.com.
3. Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for the Hire & Save Reward, Members must meet all of the following criteria:
3.1 Qualifying job completion
The Member must complete and pay for a home service job totaling $1,000 or more with a contractor found through ContractorsRanked.com. The job must be fully completed and paid for before a claim can be submitted.
3.2 New customer status
The Member must be a first-time customer of the contractor where the service is rendered. Individuals who have previously hired the same contractor, or any of their affiliated businesses, are not eligible, regardless of when the prior work occurred.
3.3 Platform matching requirement
The contractor must have been found and connected with through the ContractorsRanked.com website or associated digital platforms. Jobs booked directly with a contractor via telephone, walk-in, or third-party platforms without going through ContractorsRanked.com are not eligible for this Program.
3.4 Age requirement
The Member must be at least 19 years of age on the date the job is completed. Proof of age may be requested during the verification process.
3.5 Minimum job cost
The total cost of the completed job must be $1,000 or more. This refers to the total amount paid to the contractor for the project. The following clarifications apply:
- The $1,000 minimum applies to a single job or project
- Multiple smaller jobs cannot be combined to meet the threshold
- Material costs included in the contractor's invoice count toward the total
- Tips or gratuities do not count toward the $1,000 minimum
- Refunded or disputed amounts will be deducted from the qualifying total
3.6 Claim frequency limitation
The Program is limited to one Reward per person every 12 months. Members who have previously claimed a Reward under this Program, or any predecessor or similar program operated by Contractors Ranked, within the preceding 12-month period are not eligible to claim an additional Reward.
3.7 Name consistency
The name used to request a quote through ContractorsRanked.com must match the customer name on the receipt or invoice. If multiple quotes are requested under a single account for different individuals, only one person may claim a Reward per qualifying job.
3.8 Personal service
The Member must have personally hired and paid for the home service job. Requesting a quote for another person (such as a family member) does not qualify the account holder for a Reward unless they themselves hired and paid for the job.
4. Reward claim submission
4.1 Submission deadline
Members must submit their claim within 90 days of the job completion date. Claims submitted after the 90-day period will not be honored, and the offer will be considered expired.
4.2 Required documentation
To claim your Reward, you must submit a valid, itemized receipt or invoice through our online claim form. Acceptable documentation must include:
- Date of job completion
- Name and contact information of the contractor
- Name of the customer (must match the name on the quote request)
- Description of the home service work performed
- Total amount paid ($1,000 or more)
- Proof of payment (receipt, cleared check, or bank/credit card statement showing the charge)
Not Accepted: Estimates, quotes, proposals, or invoices marked as unpaid are not accepted. The job must be completed and fully paid.
4.3 Verification process
Contractors Ranked reserves the right to verify all claims. We may contact the contractor to confirm the job was completed and paid for. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or falsified documentation will result in immediate disqualification and may result in a permanent ban from future participation.
5. Reward fulfillment
5.1 Delivery method
Upon successful verification of your claim, you will receive a $30 Amazon Gift Card code via email. The email will be sent to the address associated with your ContractorsRanked.com account. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check your spam/junk folder.
5.2 Delivery timeline
Rewards are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of claim approval. During high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 14 business days. If you do not receive your Reward within 14 business days of claim submission, please contact us at hello@contractorsranked.com.
5.3 Gift card terms
The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon's terms and conditions. The gift card code can be redeemed at Amazon.com (US) for eligible purchases. Contractors Ranked is not responsible for gift card expiration, loss, theft, or unauthorized use after delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
5.4 No cash alternative
The Reward cannot be redeemed for cash, check, direct deposit, or any payment method other than the Amazon Gift Card. The Reward value ($30) is fixed and cannot be adjusted based on the cost of home services received.
6. Exclusions and limitations
In addition to the eligibility requirements above, the following exclusions apply:
- This Program cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or reward programs offered by Contractors Ranked or participating contractors unless explicitly stated.
- Home service jobs performed outside the United States are not eligible.
- Jobs performed by unlicensed contractors in jurisdictions that require licensing may not qualify.
- Contractors Ranked employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Claims submitted with incomplete, illegible, or unclear documentation may be denied.
- Contractors Ranked reserves the right to deny claims that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or that otherwise do not comply with these Terms.
7. Program modifications and termination
Contractors Ranked reserves the right to:
- Modify the Reward amount, eligibility requirements, or other Program terms at any time
- Suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice
- Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity
- Limit participation in any geographic area or for any contractor
If the Program is terminated, claims submitted prior to termination will be honored provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
8. Tax responsibility
Recipients of the Reward are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to the receipt of the gift card. Contractors Ranked does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding any tax implications of receiving this Reward.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTORS RANKED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Technical failures or errors in claim submission
- Delays in Reward delivery
- Lost, stolen, or unredeemed gift cards
- Actions or omissions of participating contractors
- Quality or outcome of home services received
This Program is a promotional offer and does not create any contractual obligation for Contractors Ranked to provide Rewards beyond the terms stated herein.
10. Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating in this Program, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the terms set forth in our Terms of Use.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a claim, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Program.
